The Marketing and Communication Manager will be responsible for developing and executing integrated marketing strategies that enhance brand visibility, engage target audiences, and support business growth.
• Master’s degree (MBA or equivalent) in Marketing, Communications, or related specialization is preferred.
• At least 6 years of experience in marketing or services marketing roles, preferably within the FinTech, IT or financial services industry.
• Proven experience in developing and executing successful marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
Strategic Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement integrated marketing plans to support the company’s growth objectives.
• Collaborate with the leadership team to identify target markets and define key messaging.
• Plan and manage marketing budgets to ensure effective resource allocation.
• Oversee brand positioning and ensure consistency across all communication channels.
• Enhance brand equity by creating impactful campaigns that resonate with target audiences.
• Develop brand guidelines and ensure adherence to the guidelines.
• Ensure consistent brand messaging and visual identity across all marketing and communication channels.
• Manage brand reputation and address any potential brand crises.
• Identify trends, opportunities and competitive landscape.
• Analyze data from the market to make informed marketing and communications decisions.
• Provide insights to the engineering / product and sales teams.
• Develop concepts and context of the campaigns.
• Monitor and optimize campaign performance.
• Oversee the creation and distribution of high-quality, engaging marketing content for various marketing channels.
• Develop and manage external communication collaterals, including articles, blog posts, press releases and corporate videos
• Develop and manage internal communication collaterals to align employees with the company’s purpose and brand promise.
• Plan and execute corporate events and product launches
• Coordinate sponsorships and partnerships to enhance the company’s visibility.
Operational Responsibilities:
• Ensure timely execution of marketing activities and plans.
