The Customer Experience Analyst will be responsible for collecting, processing, analyzing, and visualizing customer data to derive actionable insights. This role plays a key part in enhancing customer satisfaction and engagement by supporting business decisions through data-driven analysis, reporting, and experimentation
• Process structured/sliced customer and business data using Python to generate meaningful datasets and automated reports.
• Prepare comprehensive reports that highlight key metrics, customer behavior trends, and business impacts using visualization tools and techniques.
• Conduct pre- and post-analysis to measure the impact of initiatives.
• Design visually appealing and interactive dashboards, reports, and presentations using tools like Excel (Power Query), Power BI.
• Translate complex data insights into easy-to-understand formats for different stakeholders.
• Use Excel, Power BI, and Python for data transformation, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and relevance across all reporting outputs.
• Identify and resolve data anomalies or inconsistencies, maintaining high data integrity.
• Support data-driven experimentation initiatives to test customer-focused hypotheses and provide insights into experience improvements.
• Analyze test outcomes to recommend strategic and tactical actions.
• Assist in managing the Data Lake, ensuring effective storage, access, and usage of customer and operational data.
• Coordinate with the database team on data warehousing solutions to support advanced analytics and intelligence.
• Collaborate with data analysts, engineers, product teams, and other stakeholders to develop scalable and high-quality data solutions.
• Participate in internal training and continuous learning opportunities.
• Stay updated on current trends, tools, and techniques in data analysis and visualization to bring innovation to the role.
• Experience in customer experience or digital product analytics.
• Knowledge of SQL, DAX, or other data query languages.
• Understanding of customer journey mapping and customer segmentation.
• Proficiency in Python for data manipulation and analysis.
• Strong experience with Excel (including Power Query), Power BI, or similar tools.
• Familiarity with data lake or data warehouse environments.
• Understanding of data visualization best practices and tools.
