Market Representatives

To expand and support the agent network by identifying new agents, facilitating onboarding processes, ensuring smooth distribution of SIM cards, and maintaining regular communication and support to drive agent engagement and activation.

Qualification and Experience

  • Minimum +2 (Intermediate level); Bachelor’s degree in Management or related field preferred.
  • Prior fieldwork, sales, or agent/merchant onboarding experience is an advantage.

Job Description

  • New Agent Identification & Onboarding:
    • Conduct market visits to identify potential agent partners based on business viability and location strategy.
    • Support new agents through the onboarding process including document collection, system registration, and initial training.
  • SIM Dispatch & Agent Activation:
    • Ensure timely and accurate dispatch of agent SIMs and necessary materials (POS, banners, etc.).
    • Coordinate with internal teams for SIM provisioning and system integration.
  • Agent Relationship Management:
    • Maintain regular contact with agents to monitor activation, usage, and resolve any operational issues.
    • Follow up on inactive agents to encourage reactivation or understand deactivation reasons.
