Business Development Executive will lead the onboarding, activation, and relationship management of premium merchants.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
1–3 years of experience in business development, client relationship management, or field sales, preferably in fintech, retail, or FMCG.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and customer-focused.
Ability to handle multiple stakeholders and manage priorities efficiently.
Identify, approach, and enroll premium merchants across strategic business categories.
Build and maintain strong relationships with premium merchants, ensuring high levels of engagement and satisfaction.
Coordinate and execute effective merchant onboarding and activation processes, ensuring a smooth transition into the ecosystem.
Plan and implement merchant-centric campaigns and offers in collaboration with the brand and marketing teams.
Drive retention efforts by understanding merchant needs and providing ongoing support and engagement strategies.
Monitor merchant performance, collect feedback, and identify areas of improvement or opportunity.
Work closely with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Operations, Product) to deliver value-driven solutions for merchants.
Stay up to date with market trends, competitor offerings, and merchant needs to drive innovation and differentiation.
Experience working with merchants in a B2B environment.
Understanding of digital wallets, payment platforms, or financial services.
Data-driven mindset with basic skills in CRM or reporting tools.
