Qualification and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, IT, or a related field.
- 2–3 years of experience in brand marketing, campaign execution, or digital analytics.
- Strong proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Ads Manager, Meta Business Suite, and reporting tools like Google Data Studio or Excel.
- Experience executing and evaluating digital campaigns across multiple platforms.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with an eye for detail and consistency.
- Ability to balance creativity with data, transforming insights into strategic action.

- Drive brand awareness and customer interaction, especially in the B2C segment, through digital campaigns and content strategies.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance across Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram), and other key channels using platforms like Google Analytics, Google Data Studio, and Meta Business Suite.
- Track and report on website traffic, customer behavior, ad performance, and social media engagement metrics to generate actionable insights.
- Monitor market trends, competitor strategies, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement.
- Develop regular reports and presentations summarizing marketing performance and data-driven recommendations for optimization.
Required Skills
- Certification in Google Analytics, Meta Ads, or related digital marketing tools.
- Familiarity with SEO, SEM, content planning, and customer journey mapping.
- Experience with creative tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite) is a plus.
