Qualification and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, or related field (Master’s preferred)
- 4 - 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or relationship management

- Support smooth onboarding and timely activation by providing necessary training and guidance for service utilization.
- Drive merchant enrollment and retention by promoting and supporting the adoption of value-added products and services.
- Manage and grow relationships with key merchant accounts through regular communication and dependable support.
- Track merchant activity and engagement, taking timely actions to improve retention and usage.
- Collect merchant feedback and coordinate with internal teams to address gaps and enhance overall service delivery.
- Assist in developing partnerships to expand merchant acquisition opportunities and strengthen market reach.
- Execute merchant engagement initiatives and campaigns to drive usage, satisfaction, and loyalty.
