Business Development Executive-Business Outreach

Responsible for acquiring, activating, and managing premium merchants, while strengthening partnerships with merchants & clients and enhancing merchant experience to drive growth and engagement.

Qualification and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, or related field (Master’s preferred)
  • 4 - 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or relationship management

Job Description

  • Identify and onboard high-value merchants through targeted outreach and effective field engagement.
  • Support smooth onboarding and timely activation by providing necessary training and guidance for service utilization.
  • Drive merchant enrollment and retention by promoting and supporting the adoption of value-added products and services.
  • Manage and grow relationships with key merchant accounts through regular communication and dependable support.
  • Track merchant activity and engagement, taking timely actions to improve retention and usage.
  • Collect merchant feedback and coordinate with internal teams to address gaps and enhance overall service delivery.
  • Assist in developing partnerships to expand merchant acquisition opportunities and strengthen market reach.
  • Execute merchant engagement initiatives and campaigns to drive usage, satisfaction, and loyalty.
