Qualification and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Management, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- 4-5 years of experience in business development, sales, or relationship management, with strong preference for candidates having experience in sectors such as Hospitality, Restaurants, Cafés, Cooperatives, Fintech, or similar customer-centric industries.

- Drive the identification, acquisition, and onboarding of high-value merchants through structured outreach and effective field engagement.
- Ensure seamless onboarding and activation by providing end-to-end guidance, training, and support to enable optimal service adoption.
- Take ownership of key merchant accounts by building and sustaining long-term, trust-based relationships through consistent engagement and reliable support.
- Actively promote and drive adoption of value-added products and services to support merchant growth, enhance retention, and increase overall engagement.
- Monitor merchant performance and usage trends, proactively identifying opportunities to improve activity levels and prevent attrition.
- Gather and synthesize merchant feedback, working closely with internal teams to influence improvements in products, services, and operational processes.
- Support the development and management of strategic partnerships to strengthen merchant acquisition channels and expand market presence.
- Plan and execute merchant engagement initiatives and campaigns aimed at driving transaction growth, deepening relationships, and enhancing loyalty.
