We are looking for a creative, energetic, and trend-savvy Content Creation Intern who is eager to learn, experiment, and contribute to impactful digital campaigns. If you're confident on camera, love creating engaging content, and want hands-on experience working with a dynamic marketing team, we'd love to have you on board.

Qualification and Experience

Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Journalism, Media Studies, Business Administration, or a related field.
Freshers are encouraged to apply. Candidates should have a passion for content creation and social media, with experience creating content on their personal social media accounts or through academic, freelance, or personal projects.
Prior internship, freelance, or part-time experience in content creation, social media management, or digital marketing will be an added advantage but is not mandatory.

Job Description

Create engaging short-form video content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, Facebook, and YouTube Shorts.
Research, plan, and develop creative content ideas based on current trends, audience insights, and marketing campaigns.
Write simple, engaging, and audience-focused video scripts.
Shoot and edit videos using mobile devices or professional equipment.
Appear confidently in videos whenever required.
Collaborate with the Design, Marketing, and Performance Marketing teams to execute digital campaigns.
Cover on-ground events, brand activations, and promotional campaigns.
Coordinate with influencers and content collaborators to develop engaging content.
Monitor content performance and recommend improvements using social media analytics.
Ensure all published content aligns with eSewa's brand guidelines, messaging, and tone of voice.

Required Skills

Confident and comfortable appearing in front of the camera.
Strong creativity with an eye for social media trends and viral content.
Basic knowledge of content editing tools.
Experience working with influencers or content creators is an advantage.
Understanding of social media analytics
Excellent communication skills in both Nepali and English.
Familiarity with video editing applications such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, VN, or similar tools will be an added advantage.
