A Banking Relationship Officer is responsible for managing and developing strong client relationships, acquiring new clients, and promoting the bank’s financial products and services.
Qualification and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Banking, or a related field
(Preference will be given to candidates holding a Master’s degree)
- 3-4 years of experience in the relevant field.
- Experience with CRM systems and financial tools is a plus.

- Identify, engage, and acquire prospective clients to grow the portfolio.
- Plan and execute outreach strategies to expand the client base.
- Deliver product presentations and proposals to potential clients.
- Oversee client acceptance and onboarding procedures in compliance with policies.
- Ensure a seamless and professional onboarding experience.
- Handle client queries and provide consistent support for account servicing.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of all banking products and services, including Deposits, Loans, Insurance, Investment solutions and Remittance services
- Recommend financial products tailored to client needs and goals.
- Identify opportunities to cross-sell and upsell products and services.
- Contribute to achieving and exceeding sales and revenue targets.
- Support business growth through effective relationship management.
- Ensure all client transactions adhere to regulatory and internal compliance requirements.
- Monitor and manage client risk profiles, taking appropriate actions to mitigate risk.
